What is the size difference between a ''Large'' bead and a''Small'' bead? |
|
A "Large" bead has a 13mm diameter which is about the size of a gumball. The diameter of the "Small" bead is approximately 8mm which is about the size of a pea. |

Do your products come in different sizes? |
|
Yes. If you have a 18cm wrist you may wish to order a medium (17.5cm-18.5cm) bracelet depending on how loose or snug you prefer to wear your jewellery. All pieces are strung with elastic so you can expect some give. Sizes can be chosen when adding the items into the shopping basket. |

If the item I purchased does not fit, what should I do? |
|
Send the item back with instructions on how many beads to add/remove as well as $15.00 for return postage. Any beads removed will not be returned. Please mail your resize to: 7-9 Cadagi Close, Cedar Vale, Qld 4285 and allow up to 2 weeks for your item to be returned. |

Will the item I order look identical to the picture on the website? |

In our studios, we work with thousands of individual clay designs to create She Beads® color schemes and patterns. The picture is merely representative of the She Beads item you will receive. Because most of our pieces are one-of-a-kind, it is impossible to duplicate the exact piece shown. |

Since all of our pieces are trademarked to ensure the best quality control, we do not sell individual beads. |

What are the earrings made of? |
|
The earring posts and French clips are made from sterling silver. |

How durable are She Beads? |
|
Our handmade beads are extremely durable because they are created from polymer clay. Polymer clay is not earthen clay; rather, it is a form of PVC (polyvinyl chloride) plastic. The clay hardens by baking at temperatures around 250 degrees. Once our beads are properly baked, they will not break or fade. If you choose an item with spacers, you may find that the sterling silver or rhinestones will tarnish over time. |

How are She Beads made? |
|
To the surprise of most, there is no painting involved with our beads. Our beads are made entirely of clay and involve many labour-intensive steps. Please see How She Beads Are Made for details of the caneworking and beadmaking process. |

If I am unhappy with my purchase can I return it? |
|
Of course. Any item purchased from our website may be returned for an exchange or credit within 4 weeks of the purchase date. Please include a copy of the invoice with your return. |

Always look for our signature ''SB'' trademarked bead next to the knot. You will find our ''SB'' trademark on all bracelets, necklaces, watches, anklets, key chains and pendants. |

Clay Beads |
|
The clay beads are strong and durable and should resist breakage. If your beads start to get dirty, try scratching them with your fingernail or scrubbing them with a toothbrush and mild soap. Newsprint or dark clothing may stain lighter colored beads. |

Sterling |
|
Polish and shine sterling spacers with a polishing cloth. If dirt has collected in the sterling, apply sterling polish to a toothbrush and scrub the spacers. |

Rhinestones |
|
If your rhinestones have lost their sparkle, your She Beads may be restrung with new rhinestones for a $20 fee. Please limit the exposure of rhinestones to water. |

French Clip Earrings |
|
We use sterling earrings which may be polished using a sterling cloth. The clips are quite delicate so please be gentle when opening them. |

|
If your She Beads have become stretched, they can be restrung for an $15 fee which includes return shipping. |

Resizing |
|
As these pieces of jewellery are made to order and produced in the USA, we will be happy to exchange your new bracelet, or necklace, however, please include $10.00 for return shipping.
